Panattoni begins 2nd phase of Czeladz logistics park

Panattoni Europe, the global property developer, has started the construction of a 20,000 m2 warehousing facility in Czeladz (Slaskie voivodship), the second phase of the Panattoni Park Czeladz project.
It has already secured two lessees. One is Huhtamaki, a global maker of disposable packagings, which will occupy 12,000 m2 of space. The other is Specjal, a Polish food group, which will take up 4,000 m2.
The first hall of the Panattoni Park Czeladz, which has an area of 15,000 m2, is leased by Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas, a maker of automotive safety glasses.
