Merger of ERP systems implementators

At the end of June
Alna Business Solutions (ABS), the Polish subsidiary of a Lithuania-based ERP software supplier, acquired a 100% stake in Polish
Enterprise Software Consultants (EnSofCon), specialising in CRM and logistics supporting
IT tools. The newly merged company will be named the same as the buyer.
Both entities are medium-sized companies and their main areas of operations are firms of similar scale. The main purpose of the acquisition is to create one of the biggest Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX and ERP products implementators and producers in the region.
From now on the Lithuanian Alna Business Solutions Group will consist of the newly created Polish branch and Alna Intelligence, a consulting and service company, Alna Software, a software developer, DocLogix, a supplier of information and business processes management systems and Unitree Group holding. The strategic goal of ABS is to become the leader in ERP and complementary solutions implementation in the Central and Eastern European countries. Among the countries with the highest number of projects realised by ABS are: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.
