Top risk management software firm to enlarge Gdynia centre

2012-03-30

Turaz, formerly Thomson Reuters Trade and Risk Management, a leading global provider of trade and risk management software, plans to significantly expand the size and scope of its service centre in Gdynia, Puls Biznesu has learnt.

The Gdynia unit, which currently employs 60 people, is to hire 100 new staff in the near future, and a further 60 at a later date, making it the second-biggest centre within the group only after the one in Paris. To accommodate the expanded operation Turaz has leased 1,800 m2 of office space at Luzycka Office Park. Furthermore, the Gdynia centre, which currently provides software support, will broaden into applications development.

London-based Turaz in January 2012 was acquired (and renamed) by Vista Equity Partners. It employs over 1,000 professionals serving more than 600 financial institutions across 66 countries.
